My flight is cancelled by the airline company

Airline companies might cancel a flight for business reasons or due to weather conditions or Force majeure.

Tripair will try to contact the passenger via e-mail, provided that the carrier will send us the relevant information. 
Under this scenario, passengers are either re-booked on alternative flights, if this is available or offered refund.  
According to tripair terms & conditions and in several cases the agency service charge is applicable to all cancellations because the settlement of any refund (voluntary or involuntary) requires a lot of behind the scenes action from our team.
