My flight is cancelled by the airline company

Airline companies might cancel a flight for business reasons.

Tripair will try to contact the passenger via e-mail, provided that the carrier will send us the relevant information. 
Under this scenario, passengers are either re-booked on alternative flights, if this is available or offered full refund.  In this case you will not be charged with tripair service fee.
