I can't find my booking in the airline's website

In order to check in online you will need to visit the airline's website that you are travelling with. If your booking includes more than one airlines, you will need to visit the website of the operating carrier. 

In order to identify the operating carrier, please check the flight details on the confirmation email sent to you. 

When you visit the airline's website use:

  • Passenger last name
  • Airline code or e-ticket number
