Delayed Baggage service

Delayed baggage service is offered by during the booking process & protects the passenger from unexpected costs is case a luggage is lost. If your baggage is lost and you have purchased this service, the following apply:

  • Get at least 1.000€ per bag if you do not receive it within 96 hours.
  • Real time email and SMS updates on your baggage status.
  • No need to provide baggage contents to receive compensation.
  • The service applies per passenger to all checked in luggage, of any kind, whether at check in counter or at the gate
