Money Back Service

Money Back Service is created and offered by tripair to all users that purchase a flight ticket. This service provides a passenger with a refund of the ticket fare in form of a coupon/voucher additionally to the airport taxes that a passenger is entitled to, depending on the airline carrier.

How to benefit from this service (guidelines)
If you wish to use this service you may send us your request to this contact form, mentioning that you have purchased “Money back”. The request has to be submitted to tripair up to 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure. If we do not receive your request within the set time frame, we reserve the right not to honor it.
Once we receive your request, we will email you with the details. 
The service applies to all passengers that have purchased Money Back Service. In case a booking is amended, the service is not applicable anymore. A passenger can not use the service after the departure of the scheduled flight.
